HPSC HCS 2023 pre exam will be held on February 11, 2024. The admit cards for the exam were released on February 2, 2024. The results of the exam will to be released in the coming months.
The HPSC HCS (Ex. Br.) & Other Allied Services Examination is conducted by the Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) to recruit candidates for various posts in the Haryana Civil Service (Executive Branch) and other allied services.
The exam consists of three stages:
- Preliminary Examination: This is a screening test and is objective in nature. It consists of two papers: General Studies and General Ability Test.
- Main Written Examination: This is a descriptive test and is held in multiple stages. The number of stages and the subjects tested vary depending on the post applied for.
- Personality Test/Viva-Voce: This is an interview round and is used to assess the candidate’s suitability for the post.
